"POP" Baby Shower

In keeping with the whole "April Showers" theme I have been dying to share this baby shower with you by my dear friends over at Lullaby Lubbock. Allison and Kristen are masters at themed parties and some of the most fun people you will ever meet. With the help of friends, Allison threw this "She's Ready to Pop!" shower in honor of her friend Brittany (who coincidentally was the photographer for Carlos and Amanda's wedding I did last year)! I love this shower so much I want to throw one just like it!

The ladies over at kojodesigns made the precious invitations. signs, labels and banner! 

Allison and Kristin's parties always reflect the wishes and personalities of their guests of honor so I was not surprised to hear from Allison that Brittany is a popcorn fan. This is what Allison had to say:

"Brittany is a huge popcorn lover so I knew we had to have the best popcorn and I knew just where to get it! My sister in law Aly introduced me to this fantastic little candy/popcorn store in Dallas. They have every flavor and color of popcorn you can imagine! The store is called Candy Corn's. Their website isn't up yet but they were wonderful to work with over the phone and they sent me all the popcorn in the mail. We had Jalapeno Ranch (the best by far!), Apple, Butter, Coconut, and Parmesan popcorn. We made cones out of card stock to hold the popcorn. So fun!"

This is my favorite part! Look at all the fun food they served to go with the "POP" theme: jalapeno poppers, Blow Pops, Pop Rocks, soda pop candy, bubble gum, rice crispy treats, homemade pop tarts and cake pops! 

Bubbles party favors of course! They thought of everything!
