Ok so this is REALLY cool. I have never seen this until this week but apparently Martha Stewart has done it before so I am sure you've all seen it. If you haven't I'm telling you...THIS is the way to dye Easter Eggs! You see that pictures of GORGEOUS eggs below? Those were dyed using silk ties from a thrift store! Believe it!!!
These particular eggs were dyed by the ladies over at Our Best Bites and they included a very thorough tutorial on their website explaining how to do it so I won't go into detail but I will show you a few of their awesome pictures!
I tried to pick my favorites to show you but they are kind of all my favorites so go to Our Best Bites to see all their tie dyed eggs. Below they show the fabric of tie they used as well as the finished product. So cool!
